Delete Your Kabusen Account

How to permanently delete your account and all data associated with it.

Deleting your account is permanent. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore your data afterwards.

Delete it yourself, in the app

  1. Log in to Kabusen.
  2. Tap the person icon (👤) in the top bar.
  3. Under "Delete account", tap "Delete my account".
  4. Enter your password to confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account is removed permanently from our database: your name and email address, your password, your portfolio positions, your watchlist, and your payment request history. Nothing is kept in a disabled or frozen state.

What we keep, and for how long

Nothing that identifies you. Market data (stock prices and AI analysis of listed companies) is not tied to any account and stays in the system, because it does not belong to you — it is the same data every user sees. Server logs may briefly retain request records for security purposes and are rotated automatically.

If you cannot log in

If you have lost access to your account, message us on WhatsApp from the number you registered with, or email us, and ask for your account to be deleted. We will verify that the account is yours and delete it within 30 days.
